Research

There are numerous enterprise-related research activities underway across the University to improve understanding of how ideas and opportunities get converted into products and services.

Who does research in enterprise and innovation at Cambridge?

How can you get involved?

There are several ways in which you can get involved in doing research on enterprise:

  • Current undergraduate students:  depending on your course, you may be able to select to do an entrepreneurship-related project or dissertation as part of your degree. You may also be able to do some research during the vacations via the Undergraduate Research Opportunities Programme (UROP).
  • Current graduate students:  if your are doing a taught MPhil, you may have the option to focus your dissertation onto an entrepreneurship-related project. Ask your course director about this, and take a look at the websites of organisations listed above.
  • Potential graduate students:  there are always opportunities for PhD projects. See the websites of the organisations listed above.
